Introducing ReadyTutor Partnership: Empowering Students to Create Multiplayer Games!

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with ReadyTutor, an education company dedicated to providing high-quality tutoring and learning experiences. This summer, they are launching a free hands-on development bootcamp designed to teach kids how to code by making their own multiplayer games on Moddio!

ReadyTutor offers a unique learning opportunity where kids can have fun making games together. This bootcamp will not only teach students the technical skills needed to create games but also inspire them to explore their creativity and problem-solving abilities.

Program Details:

• Three week bootcamp
• Two sessions a week of 1.5 hours each
• What students will learn:
  • Comprehensive Learning: Gain a broad understanding of video game design and development.
  • Programming Skills: Become familiar with procedural programming using JSON.
  • Game Engine Mastery: Utilize built-in functions, data types, and game engine features.
  • Appreciation for Game Development: Develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for the game development process while having fun.
