No one is able to join my game

For some reason I’m unable to join my game (Magic Souls 2), nor is anyone one else. I’ve republished the game, unpublished then published it again, refreshed my page, hard refreshed my page, logged out then logged back in, and even tried logging in on a different browser, none of which worked. The strange thing is I’m able to join the game when logged out, but no one else who tried could join when logged out. nope. the game was working before and i didn’t even change anything and it just glitched, prob something in the modd.io engine that needs to be fixed.
