Add account bans, not only IP bans
Account bans are a thing though. You can ban a user by going to Banned Users in the Moderate window.

Does it only ban their account or also their IP? I thought that it bans their IP when they join if you don’t already have their IP banned.
It only bans their account.

it just bans their account so if they were to make a new one they would still be able to join
