Can't see Editor Tools

When I try to create a new game, I can’t access work spaces, editing tools or anything. All I can see is a character on a surface, my health bar and backpack. Please help!
Are the work spaces supposed to automatically show up?

I have the same issue on my PC. My laptop seem to be fine
