Trying to turn a 32 by 32 map into a very large map (160 x 180) with a tiled download didn’t work, but by slowly increasing the map dimensions from 32 by 32 to 60 by 32, until I had 160 x 180 then uploading the tiled download worked fine.

Changing a map from 32x32 to 160x180 in Tiled worked fine for me. Can you specify in what way it didn’t work for you?
Never mind, it appears that the map turns black in-game the first time the 160x180 map is uploaded, but shows up fine when uploading it a second time.
