As a Head Admin, I found abusers yesterday. They didn’t care that I was there.
So that brings in question 1: Why do some people abuse?

because some users / new guys to modd.io dont know basics of game, most of them dont read rules or read them and dont remember (i usually dont read rules because know basics like dont abuse your rights dont kill and demote for no reason etc.) and some peoples from other country basically dont know english and have experience game by random…
