Yes, this should be sort of CCU (Concurrent Users) or (Unique Player Count) bug
That must be a fake playcount, You can contact the admins in here or discord

Our playcounts should never include fake players, but they only update every 5 minutes. So what might’ve happened is: players were active in the game and left before you had a chance to join them.
