what do i want to do to make the fire rate on weapons slower? would i make the number higher or lower

You already might have this figured out but, I am going to tell you anyway. If the fire rate is higher, the weapon shoots slower. If the fire rate is lower, the weapon shoots faster. Hope this helped!
