Allow skins to be GIFs but need to be approved by a modd Mod or Admin

Can’t this already be done with spritesheets? I don’t know specifics but I’m sure some tweaking with the asset’s original settings can make it so that it is a spritesheet.

It is possible. If a unit in a game has an animation with a cellsheet then its skin can have cellsheets and will be animated too.

I think the sprite sheet is a better option because gif data cant handle semi transparency.
