How do I add my own images to item

I use something called piskel its a site where I upload modd.io images and modify them to what I would like but everytime I upload it to my game it wont appear its just invisible

there are 2 things for it. the image change at the top of the item window is for the shop/editor. if you scroll down there is a second one with a thing next to it that lets you type in a link for the picture. you can also just click on the little no image icon and upload the item image. do you use pixlar.e or pixlar.x?

pixlr e and x r just picture editors u can do drawing on what u need is piskel
