How do i make a script that makes enemies wait like 5 mins before they respawn?

my ai enemies drop stuff but they insta respawn over it. how do i make it so they wait like 5 mins before they respawn?

u got to do a timeout of 300000 and run script to do this or just put the respawn scripts under the timeout
