How do you get the "swing" tween?

you know that tween that is animated like the item swinging from one point to another? (check picture)

i cant find it in the tweens but i really like it, is it not a tween?

It is a tween. In the Effects tab of the item, next to OnUse you can choose the SwingCW or SwingCCW tweens.

whenever i use those it doesnt do the wrap around player thing i want it to do, it just sits there and swings. Im not sure if mine is broken or im missing something but im sorry for the confusion

Oh, sounds like you need to increase item anchor Y and decrease unit anchor Y in the item’s ‘selected’ body type. Try making them something like this.
