How to open things for everyone?

I need some help. Does anyone know how to open a dialogue for ALL players at the exact same moment? That’s all.

for all players in player group (human players):
do:
open (lol) for (selected player)

No, I am creating a reset thing. It’s only for admins. People were wanting a reset command when the game gets to out of hand.
