I dont know how to make a entity variable

i have been trying to make a game and i have tried to make a currency but i cant place entities down cause i dont have a entity variable also i have a second question how do you make a currency also how do you make entities spawn by themselves

u gotta go in global and make a player (not player type) then turn AI on
