Make accurate playcount

I tried to join a karmaslayers server who claims that has 10 players but has 12 players as there are 2 people using the same IP, Can you make an accurate playcount?

that already happen to me 1 year ago or more one time is old bug

I think it only shows logged in people and not everyone including the users

At least the admins should make an accurate playcount where it displays EVERY PLAYERS in this server instead of the non-accurate playcount.
