Okay, btw, it seems I got First Share achievement. It seems you can get it when you share a link to your topic outside the Forum and it is clicked there. Though I think the conditions for it is a bit confusing…

That’s a bit weird and little confusing. To get the First Share badge in the past, you have to post a link in this forum and you’ll get that badge. But you’ll get First Share badge by sharing a link to your topic outside now?
They should probably fix it to be honest. Some others don’t know the method to obtain that badge now.

Btw, there is a section where all the achievements are extremely hard to gain in today’s situation of modd.io Forum and no one has ever achieved any one of them, though not impossible like the previous ones I mentioned in #site-feedback .
Which do you think is the easiest among them?

It’s between Nice Reply and Nice Topic. I’m talking about receiving 10 likes on a reply and receiving 10 likes on a topic. But I’ll lean towards Nice Reply. Since you’ll get or recieve likes from other people in this forum by helping them on how to do that.
If you’re talking about the hardest. It’s definetly Popular Link. This forum is not popular enough and no way users will click that link unless it’s made by trustworthy users and they will click that link that you just made.

Yes. The site statistics tell there are just 100 people who were online (or active) for the last one month. Which means you need to get almost half of the active visitors to click your link for as long as one month. On top of that, the total number of members here is no more than 655. Which indicates it is IMPOSSIBLE to attain “Famous Link” achievement even if all the members rushed to click your ethereal link as if they were brainwashed!! Therefore, the link badges are just like moons, which are impossible to fetch with ladders.

While you have 5 likes in a topic, so you may be able to get Nice Topic in the future.
Although I didn’t show you, how about Nice Share? You need 25 unique visitors via your link to a topic/reply. It may turn easier because the visitors do not have to register to be counted as ones unlike other likes badges, such as Nice Reply or Nice Topic.

You’re right. While you need to register or log in so that you can cast a like to that topic or a reply but in this case you don’t need to register or log in. Everyone can just click the link that you just made. So, maybe that’s the easiest.

Yes, we want this thread to be by far the longest of all. And I’m now totally obsessed with the Badges system of Discourse forum. And yes, as s1cK mentioned, reaching 100 posts is a must.

As I further investigate in the Badges, I found a strange but terrifying remark. It says you need to like as many times as possible per role to count as a day for the likes achievements, that is, Crazy in Love and its subordinate ones. I believed I only needed to like 50 times to gain it after 20 days, but it is a really shocking fact if the rule is applied here too. However, as I saw the long achievement description as to Crazy in Love, I didn’t see a remark requiring me to like maximum times for my role, which is 100 now. That will be because this modd.io Forum was kinda “forked” from the original Discourse group repository back in 2019, and the changes in the reqs of liking achievements occurred in May 2020. In this sense, I don’t need to put a like more than 50 times to count as a day full of love. I hope so, but I’m still concerned, so here’s my post. I want your opinion, @s1cK.

After I got Member Badge or Regular Badge, I actually keep continuing liking every post. Member Badge will give you 75 likes per day and Regular Badge will give you 100 likes per day. I didn’t know if I can obtain Crazy In Love Badge since a while back. I actually got Member Badge and it says that you will have to use all of your likes for 20 days straight to get Crazy In Love Badge right. 50 likes per day to be exact. Since I got Member Badge I now have a limit of 75 likes per day and it says that in order to obtain Crazy In Love Badge, you have to use all of your 50 likes for 20 days straight. I keep liking every post for 20 days straight and I actually obtain that badge. Therefore, just use all of your likes even though you have a limit of 75 likes per day or 100 likes per day. You can still obtain that badge.

Unfortunately, I’ve already been liking 50-55 times (and not more) for 10+ days… So if I have to spend all my 100 likes as many as 10 times from now on, I’m afraid I will use up the posts before I attain the achievement 
Which means I need to like what I don’t think deserve it.
Tbh, I don’t like to give 100 likes per day because it is bothersome and almost all my likes go to ancient posts, but if you say so, I’ll make it a point of spending all my likes to achieve my first golden badge, hoping the posts won’t be depleted before it. (No one ever wants to award a like to a toxic post you flagged!!) Plus I didn’t want to be the most benevolent & affectionate person here because people might deem me a troll ;(
If my guess is correct, I will gain it in 5 days, while if yours is, I won’t gain it at least for the next 13-14 days because I haven’t used up my likes since I got Silver likes badge. Or I might never gain it for want of quality posts.

I actually encounter a post that is toxic. But I decided to like that post anyway cause I didn’t care about it. Also, I think he/she can’t log in to that account now since don’t know why though.
We should make a suggestion about it on #site-feedback.

Also, before I got Crazy in Love Badge. I haven’t obtain Regular Badge yet. So that’s why I was able to obtain Crazy in Love Badge cause you have to use 75 likes per day instead 100 likes per day.
