One question about the permitted Items

I honestly have No idea If I’m blind or not, But I kind of lost where the permitted item slot setting is at while looking at the menus, Does anyone know where to find it?

now i have,this is in unit,in the slots of unit,have backpack and slot,click on unit and in general,u can see
