Regular does not have the ability to change user's topics names and categories

After I got the Regular badge all the way back in August 26th of 2024, I noticed something strange, there is a message where it tells me that I can change topic names or change their categories, but if I click on someone’s topic, I don’t see the edit icon.

Why it was removed, and when it will come back.

I guess the staff intentionally disabled it so that Regulars cannot troll on that anymore.

Though there wasn’t any cases of any Regular misusing this ability. Though there was a categorization war.
