Temporary mute and ban in a server

Add a mute / ban from a server, which only applies to that specific server. If there are multiple servers and they enter another one that ban or mute doesn’t carry over, and it ends when the server restarts

Hmm, you can implement that in game, so it would be better to ask for temporary mute or ban for a specific period (such as “1 day ban”, “1 week mute”, and so on)
