Special notes:
06:00-12:00 - Plain
12:00-15:00 - Sightly Bright
15:00-18:00 - Plain
18:00-06:00 - Dark with different layers
Next update: Player customising timezone!

I was hoping you could do multiple timezones, like EST for example.

I live in America and I still get no lag in every server
(Must have a godly computer)
