I cannot buy anything.
When I try to put in my full pin, it automatically deletes it and gives me this error.

Have you tried resetting the PIN? Make sure that you didn’t remember incorrect PIN.
You need to reset your PIN if this problem persists, You must remember your PIN if you typed your PIN last time.
