Unable to verify email

Good evening,

I was trying to help my son verify his email however we keep getting an error.
The web page that is supposed to pop up is saying Modd.io is refusing to connect.
I’ve cleaned his browser history and cookies and nothing is working.
Please help.

U need ur email equal of ur cell,and time of u verify invite Gmail,and u go in this E-mail and go to down for continue making ur account,one hour funtion.

It should pop up in you email modd.io verification and click on the link and go from there.
