create a discord webhook, copy the url
then go to modd.io and create a script
use send post request thing and send it to the url
and inside, use {“content”:“…”}
The … should be the thing you want to send to discord (can also be a concatentate)
The rest should be self-explaining

When sending post requests to discord, there should always be the content part so discord recognizes that it should be a message sent in the server
