Maybe you should prepare one thread in General Discussion and post many topics in it, and your posts won’t flood the Forum.

Now after you took a hiatus for the forum, and you were still making those unrelated topics, with your privileges, there is a chance that an anonymous flagger can flag your topic and resulting in an anonymous flagger asking a staff member to delete the flagged topic, Since you got suspended for making a hundreds of off-topic contents, you should stop making them after the suspension timer expires.
