Working Client-sided Mouse position

This feature will make it so that items (Or any other entity at that) that rely on [get mouse position (triggering player)] to work correctly, since that action would almost always be run on a client side realistically, however the engine only allows it to work the action is going through the server; which causes major bugs for games that rely on that feature (I don’t have one yet but when I do, I know it will affect my game). It’d just make sense to have this feature.
